Position Overview The Marketing & Branding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role within the Admissions and Marketing department. This position exists to support and strengthen the school's branding and marketing function by providing hands-on execution support to the Marketing department. The role is critical in ensuring that the school's visual identity is consistently and professionally represented across all platforms, events, and communications and will report to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing & Branding Specialist works directly under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with various internal departments to deliver high-quality branding outputs in a timely and organised manner and works closely with: Admissions Team, Events Team, Academic Departments, IT/Digital Team, External Vendors and Agencies. Purpose The Marketing Manager is responsible for the school's overall branding strategy, marketing planning, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and cross-departmental coordination. As these strategic responsibilities grow, there is a clear and demonstrated need for dedicated execution support — particularly in the areas of: • Graphic design and visual asset creation for day-to-day requirements • Branding consistency across digital and print touchpoints • Event-specific branding support and logistics • Website and app content updates • Vendor coordination for print and production The addition of a Marketing & Branding Specialist will ensure that execution-level branding work is handled with quality, accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities Visual Design & Brand Asset Creation • Design and produce creatives using Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Canva • Create posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, emailers, and digital assets as required • Develop branded templates for recurring communication needs (newsletters, event programmes, certificates, etc.) • Ensure all visual outputs adhere to the school's brand guidelines — including logos, colour palettes, typography, and tone • Support the production of branded merchandise and giveaways for the school community Brand Identity & Consistency • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the school's visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints • Ensure consistency in brand application across print, digital, and environmental media • Flag and correct any off-brand usage across departments or vendors • Maintain an organised library of brand assets, templates, and design files Event & Campaign Support • Support branding execution for school events, productions, annual days, open houses, and special programmes • Assist in planning and executing branding elements for marketing campaigns initiated by the Marketing Manager • Coordinate the timely delivery of branding collateral for events and activations Digital & Web Support • Assist in updating and maintaining the school website with current content, images, and banners • Support updates to the school mobile app as required • Assist in managing the school's digital content pipeline under the direction of the Marketing Manager Vendor & Production Coordination • Liaise with printing vendors, production agencies, and suppliers for the timely delivery of branding materials • Prepare and share accurate design briefs and specifications with vendors • Maintain quality control for printed and produced materials before distribution • Keep records of vendor contacts and production timelines, and update periodically Interdepartmental Support • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Branding and Marketing department • Support interdepartmental coordination and communication on branding requirements • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal use • Maintain organised records of ongoing projects, briefs, and completed work • Participate in briefings and team meetings as required Skills & Competencies Education • Bachelor's degree • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (Preferred) Technical Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW (mandatory) • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (preferred) • Basic understanding of digital design formats for web and social media • Familiarity with CMS platforms for website updates (preferred) Core Competencies • Strong design sense — layout, typography, colour balance, and visual hierarchy • Good written and spoken English communication skills • Sound understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling • High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously • Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude Experience • 4–7 years of relevant work experience in graphic design or branding • Experience in an educational institution is an advantage but not mandatory Technical Skills • Photography skills and/or basic video editing (Reels, short-form content) • Experience with branded merchandise design and vendor briefing Candidate Expectations The ideal candidate for this role is someone who combines creative ability with practical execution skills.
