Role Description The Marketing & Business Acquisition Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing marketing strategies. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing lead generation, customer acquisition efforts, and cultivating relationships with potential clients. The executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, track business metrics, and provide actionable insights • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, partners, and team members • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition to identify and secure new business opportunities • Proven Sales skills to meet targets, close deals, and support overall business growth • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic work environment • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Knowledge of marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage
