Role Overview: This is an execution-focused, growth-oriented role. You will be responsible for driving outbound campaigns, initiating conversations with decision-makers, identifying new market opportunities, and building a qualified sales pipeline. If you enjoy proactive outreach, measurable targets, and working closely with founders in a fast-paced IoT startup environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute structured Email & WhatsApp outreach campaigns • Identify and connect with decision-makers across industries • Research new customer segments and emerging opportunities • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads • Coordinate meetings and support conversion from lead to deal closure • Maintain CRM and track campaign performance metrics • Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and positioning What we are looking for: • Ability to research, structure outreach, and drive conversations • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset • Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels • Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership • Prior experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development is preferred. 📩 Send your resume along with salary expectations and a brief note on why you are the right fit to:careers@gloverselabs.com
