Backed by $5 million funding from Google, NoBrokerHood is in active growth and expansion. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Executive specializing in Ad Sales. The Marketing Executive will spearhead ad revenue generation by identifying potential clients, developing ad sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with business partners. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, formulating marketing plans, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring the execution of advertising campaigns. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams and clients to maximize outcomes and deliver value. Qualifications: • Should have 0-1 year of experience in field sales • Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory. • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to craft and implement effective sales and marketing strategies • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders • Sales and Marketing expertise, including the ability to generate revenue, negotiate agreements, and close deals • Analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to market trends and drive results • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • Previous experience in ad sales, marketing, or a related field (a plus) • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
