Role Overview We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to independently execute and manage marketing initiatives across India and APAC. This role will own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation activities, contributing directly to business growth and market visibility. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Ownership: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels • Manage and optimize website content (WordPress or similar CMS) • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI • Drive inbound marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads Content & Brand Communication: • Create and manage high-quality content including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns • Develop marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, and digital assets • Own newsletter planning, content, and distribution • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Lead Generation & Marketing Operations: • Own lead generation campaigns and funnel tracking • Maintain and optimize marketing databases and CRM tools • Plan and execute webinars and online campaigns for lead acquisition • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs Events & Campaign Activation: • Plan and execute marketing activities including webinars, events, and trade shows • Manage event promotions, communication, and coordination • Ensure effective pre- and post-event engagement strategies Cross-functional Collaboration: • Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams • Align marketing initiatives with business goals and regional strategies Required Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing • Strong understanding of: • SEO & keyword strategy • Paid campaigns (Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads) • Social media marketing • Email marketing automation • Hands-on experience with: • Google Analytics (or similar tools) • WordPress or CMS platforms • Marketing tools and dashboards • Excellent communication and content writing skills Preferred Skills: • Experience in B2B or technology-driven organizations • Exposure to APAC or international markets • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Profile: • Ownership mindset with strong execution capability • Data-driven and result-oriented • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.
