The role requires building strong relationships with dealers distributors and construction professionals to increase market share and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities • Identify potential customers such as builders contractors and distributors. • Visit construction sites to promote cement products. • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners. • Execute local marketing activities and brand promotion campaigns. • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Prepare daily weekly reports on field activities. • Conduct product demos and customer education. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or related field, MBA is a plus. • 5 years of experience in cement or building material sales. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel extensively. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. • Knowledge of local geography and construction trends.
