The Role We're looking for a sharp, versatile marketing person who's equally comfortable digging into ad dashboards and planning an Instagram content calendar. This is a generalist role — you'll work across performance marketing and brand content, either hands-on or by managing agency partners. If you're someone who gets excited about both ROAS and reels, this might be for you. We're a small, fast-moving team — most of what you do here will be hands-on rather than delegated. If you enjoy owning your work end-to-end, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do • Run or oversee performance ad campaigns across our D2C website and marketplace platforms, working closely with agency partners where needed • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance — you should be comfortable with ad managers, spreadsheets, and making data-backed recommendations • Plan and manage Instagram content calendars across brand handles, coordinating with designers, content creators, or agencies to ensure consistent, on-brand output • Support new brand and product launches with integrated marketing plans • Stay on top of K-beauty trends, competitor activity, and what's working in the Indian beauty space on social media • Collaborate with the sales and brand teams to align marketing efforts with retail and distribution priorities What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, D2C, or FMCG • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or marketplace ad tools — you don't need to be an expert, but you should understand the fundamentals and be able to hold your own with agencies • Strong instinct for social media content — you know what performs on Instagram and why • Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers, reporting, and using data to make decisions • Organized and self-driven — this role requires juggling multiple brands and channels without dropping the ball • Bonus: familiarity with the K-beauty space or genuine interest in skincare
