We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive | Senior Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase store footfall, brand awareness, and online orders • Develop and implement Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives for individual outlets • Plan festive campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and special collaborations Brand Marketing & Media Coordination • Work closely with the branding and creative teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging • Coordinate with external agencies for Radio, Print, Cinema, Outdoor and Digital advertising • Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional activations App Marketing & Customer Growth • Manage and support marketing initiatives for the Brown Sugar mobile app • Drive app downloads, customer acquisition, and repeat orders through targeted campaigns • Plan app-exclusive offers, loyalty programs, and push notification strategies • Coordinate with tech and operations teams to ensure a seamless app experience Operations & Team Coordination • Work closely with the operations and outlet teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns at store level • Coordinate with internal teams to align promotions, launches, and brand initiatives Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement • Plan and coordinate brand events, collaborations, and local activations • Represent the brand in events, exhibitions, and community engagements where applicable • Work with influencers, creators, and local communities for promotional activities CSR & Brand Initiatives • Assist in planning and executing CSR activities and community-driven brand initiatives Performance & Insights • Track campaign performance and evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 1–3 years of marketing experience (QSR, Café, F&B or Retail preferred) • Experience or exposure to app marketing, customer engagement, and retention strategies is a plus • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced brand environment Why Join Brown Sugar? • Work with a fast-growing café & dessert brand • Opportunity to build high-impact marketing campaigns • Exposure to multi-channel marketing – digital, influencer, and offline media
