Role Description for Marketing Executive/ Senior Marketing Executive Marketing Executive (Fresher): • Assist in marketing and promotion of Durga Group mineral products. • Support senior marketing team in client follow-ups & coordination. • Market visits, customer interaction & lead generation. • Maintain records of enquiries, visits, and feedback. • Learn product knowledge: kaolin, clay, silica sand, refractory materials, etc. Qualifications: • Graduate/ Postgraduate:- MBA - Marketing preferred, B.A., BCom, B.Sc., BBA preferred). • Basic English (read, write, speak). • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT). Senior Marketing Executive: • Develop and manage existing & new industrial customers. • Strong knowledge of industrial minerals (kaolin, clay, silica sand, bentonite, refractory materials, etc.). • Market research, competitor analysis & pricing coordination. • Achieve sales targets and support export/domestic marketing. • Coordinate with dispatch, production & management team. Qualification: • MBA in Marketing preferred. • Minimum 2–5 years experience in industrial minerals / ceramics / raw materials / chemical / manufacturing field. • Prior experience with Durga Group–type products is mandatory (kaolin, clay, silica sand, bentonite, refractory materials, etc.). Skills Required: • Strong negotiation & client handling skills. • Field sales & industrial marketing exposure. • Knowledge of Gujarat / India industrial markets. • Ready for travel and customer visits.
