We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead the brand’s overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, brand awareness, digital growth, and revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives tailored to the dermatology and wellness space. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Marketing Leadership: • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Position Shlok Dermatology & Wellness as a leading dermatology and aesthetic brand in the region. • Identify growth opportunities across services (skin, hair, anti-aging, wellness treatments). • Brand Management: • Define and maintain brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels. • Oversee content strategy, including social media, website, blogs, and patient education materials. • Ensure consistency in branding across offline and online touchpoints. • Digital Marketing & Performance: • Lead paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) for patient acquisition. • Optimize SEO, website traffic, and conversion funnels. • Monitor campaign performance and ROI; prepare monthly analytics reports. • Manage CRM and patient retention marketing (WhatsApp, email campaigns, loyalty programs). • Social Media & Content: • Oversee content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. • Collaborate with doctors for educational and promotional content (reels, testimonials, before/after). • Build influencer and local partnership strategies. • Offline Marketing & Partnerships: • Plan and execute events, camps, workshops, and collaborations. • Build corporate tie-ups and referral networks. • Oversee print materials, local advertising, and brand visibility initiatives. • Team Leadership & Vendor Management: • Lead and mentor the marketing team (in-house and external agencies). • Manage creative, digital, and PR agencies. • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively.
