Hiring: Marketing Head & Marketing Executives Epic International Hospital – Hyderabad Epic International Hospital is a next-generation super specialty hospital focused on minimally invasive treatments and Interventional Radiology @ JUBILEE HILLS, HYD. Our mission is to bring advanced, non-surgical, image-guided treatments to patients with faster recovery and better outcomes. • We are expanding our outreach and are looking for dynamic healthcare marketing professionals to join our team. 1. Marketing Head / Marketing Lead Role Overview The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy, hospital outreach programs, brand development, and patient engagement initiatives for Epic International Hospital. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the hospital • Build strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare networks • Lead and supervise the hospital marketing team • Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and medical outreach activities • Drive patient inflow through doctor referrals and community outreach • Work closely with management to strengthen brand positioning of Epic International Hospital • Oversee digital marketing strategies including social media, website, and online campaigns • Collaborate with clinical teams to promote specialty services such as Interventional Radiology, minimally invasive treatments, and advanced therapies • Develop marketing partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and institutions • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing initiatives Preferred Qualifications • 5–10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing • Proven experience in doctor engagement and hospital outreach programs • Strong leadership and team management skills • Knowledge of digital marketing, hospital branding, and patient acquisition strategies • Ability to develop strategic partnerships with medical professionals and institutions 2. Marketing Executives Role Overview Marketing Executives will support the hospital’s outreach initiatives, build relationships with doctors and healthcare providers, and promote hospital services in the community. Key Responsibilities • Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services • Coordinate and organize health camps, screening programs, and awareness events • Build strong referral networks with doctors and medical practitioners • Support hospital marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives • Assist in digital marketing and social media promotional activities • Participate in community engagement programs and public awareness activities • Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve marketing strategies Essential Skills (For Both Roles) • Experience in healthcare / hospital marketing preferred • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms • Willingness to travel for health camps, doctor visits, and outreach activities • Self-driven, energetic, and result-oriented personality • Passion for healthcare awareness and patient education.
