We’ve closed a $1M pre-seed round backed by C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies in technology, retail, and finance. Since our MVP launch, we’ve signed 30+ pilot customers. The platform includes 150+ agentic workflows and a proprietary database of 60M+ companies and 300M+ customer profiles. Our founding team combines nearly 50+ years of marketing and technology leadership, with deep roots in Fortune 500 B2C/CPG marketing and enterprise B2B SaaS. The wider team includes talent from top companies across both worlds. The Role You’ll be our first marketing lead in India. You won’t inherit a playbook. You’ll write it. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll architect and execute our entire India growth engine, from brand positioning to paid campaign trafficking to CRM automation. On Monday you might configure conversion pixels for a new campaign. On Tuesday you’re writing copy for a case study. Wednesday, you’re in a client meeting presenting turgo’s brand story. This role demands someone who moves between strategy and execution without friction. You’ll work from our Hyderabad office six days a week, shoulder-to-shoulder with the India team. You’ll also get direct access to F500-experienced leadership for mentorship and strategic guidance, the kind of career acceleration most marketers don’t see until they’re a decade in. What You’ll Own Paid Media & Performance Marketing This is a core competency for this role. You need to have done this work yourself, not managed someone who did. • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Ads, and programmatic/display networks. • Set up and maintain the full tracking infrastructure: Meta Pixel, Insight Tag, Google Ads tags, Google Tag Manager containers, server-side tagging, and Conversion APIs (CAPI) for Meta and other platforms • Configure UTM frameworks and naming conventions to ensure clean, consistent attribution across all campaigns and channels • Build and manage retargeting audiences: website visitors, video viewers, email list matches, and lookalike/similar audiences across platforms • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking end-to-end, from on-site events (form fills, demo requests, sign-ups) to offline conversion imports and CRM-synced attribution • Own CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution targets. Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across platforms. Report on performance weekly. • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies. Document learnings and iterate. • Set up and manage landing page experiences, working with design and product to optimize conversion rates through heatmap analysis, form testing, and page speed improvements • Stay current on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, cookie deprecation impacts, and privacy-first tracking solutions (GA4, consent mode, enhanced conversions) Brand & Content Marketing • Define and own turgo.ai’s brand voice, positioning, and visual identity for the India market • Create content across formats: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social posts, video scripts • Position turgo.ai as a recognised authority in AI-powered marketing SEO, GEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) • Build an organic growth strategy spanning traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AEO • Run keyword research, build topic clusters, and handle on-page and technical SEO • Make sure turgo.ai surfaces in AI-generated answers: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews Email, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing • Build automated email sequences and drip campaigns for nurturing, onboarding, and retention • Own CRM hygiene, segmentation, and lead scoring workflows • Design lifecycle journeys that move prospects from awareness to advocacy Demand Generation & Sales Enablement • Build a predictable, scalable pipeline of inbound and outbound leads • Create sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts • Join client and prospect meeting.
