About the Role AI is fundamentally reshaping how consumers discover, evaluate, and interact with brands. KaraX.ai - C3aLabs' AI platform - is growing fast, and we need a marketing leader who can combine deep digital marketing expertise with genuine AI fluency and technical ability. This is not a traditional marketing manager role. You will be expected to think in systems, build automation, write code when needed, and leverage AI agents to scale marketing operations far beyond what a conventional marketer could achieve alone. What You'll Build Consumer Acquisition & Growth • Own and execute a full-funnel consumer acquisition strategy for KaraX.ai across paid and organic channels • Build and optimize user acquisition funnels on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Design referral programs, viral loops, and word-of-mouth campaigns targeting remote workers, freelancers, consultants, and productivity enthusiasts • Drive app store optimization (ASO) to improve mobile app visibility and downloads AI-Powered Marketing Automation • Build AI agents and marketing automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or custom Python/JS scripts • Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools to scale content production, ad copy iteration, and audience personalization • Develop and deploy AI-driven lead nurture flows, dynamic landing pages, and automated reporting pipelines • Stay ahead of AI Search Optimization (AISO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Search Experience Optimization (SXO) as emerging acquisition levers Content, Social & Brand • Create high-impact consumer content - videos, reels, tutorials, testimonials - that communicates KaraX's value with clarity • Build and grow KaraX's presence on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn • Identify and partner with influencers, content creators, and productivity thought leaders for authentic brand awareness campaigns Performance & Conversion Optimization • Own customer acquisition metrics: CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, channel ROI, and activation rates • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and pricing pages to improve conversion • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) to track user behavior, identify drop-off points, and drive data-backed decisions What We're Looking For Must-Have • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2C digital marketing, growth marketing, or consumer acquisition • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in real marketing workflows - not just awareness, but active daily usage • Ability to code: Python, JavaScript, or equivalent. You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you must be able to build scripts, automate tasks, and prototype AI agent workflows independently • Experience building or working with AI agents and prompt-based automation (LangChain, AutoGPT, Make, or similar) • Strong command of paid acquisition: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one additional paid channel • Proficiency with analytics tools to track funnel performance and inform optimization decisions • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field Nice to Have • Familiarity with AISO, GEO, and SXO - understanding how AI-driven search is changing discovery • Experience with MidJourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or other generative AI creative tools • Background in SaaS or productivity app marketing • Exposure to marketing for developer or AI-native products How You Operate At C3aLabs, how you work is as important as what you deliver.
