Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Eye-Q Vision Pvt Ltd, located in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, develop strategies to enhance brand visibility, and drive patient engagement. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing plans, managing digital and offline marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent branding. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize marketing solutions. Qualifications • Proven experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies, including campaign management and market analysis • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing • Strong Communication, Writing, and Creative Thinking skills • Experience in Branding, Advertising, and Public Relations • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Experience in healthcare marketing is highly desirable • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
