Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales & services priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and works to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world. About the Role: As a Marketing Manager within the Global Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing digital and in-person marketing programs that showcase Gartner’s value to prospective clients. You will join the Invitational Strategy & Tech Team, responsible for creating impactful marketing experiences that convert prospects into clients through high-touch live events and innovative programs. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, you will be identifying technology needs, leading the implementation of marketing automation and CRM integrations, and managing incoming leads. You will partner closely with Marketing, IT, Services, Products, Sales, and Conferences to translate Gartner’s insights into practical, prospect and client‑ready narratives and tools that help Sales and Services influence C‑suite decision‑makers and win complex enterprise deals through Invitational Programs. What will you do: Experiential Marketing Strategy & Technology • Lead and manage the Marketing Technology & Strategy team, including hiring, training, and performance management. • Develop and implement marketing strategies and workflows to support sales and marketing objectives. • Drive enhancements in Salesforce and in-house automation for the Invitational Program. • Oversee, implement, and integrate tools like CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Reporting and Tracking • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership. • Gather feedback from sales to refine processes and improve effectiveness. • Conduct quantitative data analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI to uncover trends and insights. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management • Partner with executive-level leaders to drive problem-solving on strategic topics and ensure alignment on key initiatives. • Present regularly to senior leadership, providing updates on prospect conversion programs and reporting on program results. What You Will Need: • 5+ years of experience in an agile fast-paced environment in sales enablement, Marketing technology, consultancy, or data management. • Strategic leadership potential: ability to synthesize a clear, consistent vision and implement effective programs. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), including driving enhancements and optimizing workflows. • Experience accessing various data points to derive business outcomes, draw conclusions, and implement change. • Ability to gain insights and build connections with global, senior stakeholders. • Strong skills in program management, critical thinking, data-driven storytelling / charts, and storytelling and presenting through PPT slides. • Demonstrated track record of running effective pilots and turning into scaled programs with full product service ownership mindset.
