Work Location: Hyderabad Role Summary We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and growth marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role owns the end-to-end demand funnel, from lead generation to pipeline contribution, working closely with sales, outbound teams, and leadership to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Growth • Own inbound demand generation across digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, website, email). • Drive MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets aligned with business goals. • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, organic, content distribution, and support. • Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion rates, and ROI. Marketing Operations & Analytics: • Own marketing funnel metrics and reporting (leads → MQL → SQL → opportunities). • Work closely with CRM (HubSpot) to manage lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and dashboards. • Track performance using GA4, HubSpot, and other analytics tools. • Present monthly performance reports to leadership with insights and recommendations. Sales & Outbound Alignment: • Collaborate with sales and outbound teams to support account-based outreach and meeting generation. • Enable sales with campaign insights, messaging, and performance feedback. • Ensure tight alignment between marketing campaigns and sales priorities. Content & Website Collaboration: • Partner with content and design teams to support campaigns, landing pages, and thought leadership. • Collaborate with SEO stakeholders to enhance organic traffic and improve keyword performance. • Optimize website journeys for conversion. Team & Stakeholder Management: • Work cross-functionally with digital, content, analytics, and design teams. • Manage agencies or vendors if required. • Contribute to planning, prioritization, and execution across marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience (services, SaaS, or enterprise tech preferred). • Strong hands-on experience in demand generation and performance marketing. • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. • Solid working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and Marketing Hub. • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with funnel metrics and ROI. • Experience working closely with sales teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have: • Experience in data, analytics, AI, or enterprise technology marketing. • Exposure to ABM or outbound-supported demand generation. • SEO and website optimization experience. • Experience presenting to senior leadership. What Success Looks Like: • Consistent delivery of MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution. • Strong marketing–sales alignment. • Clear visibility into funnel performance and ROI. • Campaigns that scale efficiently month over month.
