Company overview : A GLOBAL SUPPLIER OF INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems group is a world leader in the supply of integrated solutions for energy Transmission & Distribution Job Profile : Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Marketing (Western Region) for Transformers manufacturing industry with B.Tech (Electrical) Position Title : Marketing Manager (Mid- Senior Level) Department : Marketing Location : Andheri(East), Mumbai Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic experienced Marketing Manager with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical) to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our Distribution & Power transformers, GIS product and EPC projects etc., and drive business growth. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in electrical engineering and marketing acumen to effectively communicate the value position of our products to customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering and product development to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies • Track performance of all marketing campaigns • Achieve the western region sales targets as per the business requirement Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical) or related field required. • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is a plus. • Proven experience (Minimum 5 to 10 years) in marketing roles within the electrical or power industry, preferably with a focus on transformers industry. • Strong technical background in electrical engineering with deep understanding of transformer principles, applications, and specifications. • Good knowledge of basic contract terms • Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical)
• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is a plus
