About the job
Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end media strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Programmatic. - Oversee in-flight optimization of campaigns using real-time performance data to maximize efficiency and impact. - Ensure best-in-class media activation across brand, consideration, and performance objectives. Performance Measurement - Own measurement frameworks across digital campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs across the full funnel. - Evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Track and connect upper-funnel media impact to downstream PV and performance campaigns. Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding - Lead the development and governance of automated reporting trackers and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Data Studio. - Ensure real-time visibility of media performance across platforms, markets, and regions. - Translate complex datasets into clear insights and executive-ready narratives. Testing, Experimentation & Optimization - Define and lead testing and experimentation roadmaps, including A/B testing, creative testing, audience testing, and platform pilots. - Oversee sandbox measurement, lift studies, and incrementality testing to drive continuous learning. - Scale successful learnings across markets and regions. Agency & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for media agencies, ensuring strong governance, performance accountability, and delivery excellence. - Partner closely with internal teams and all four CEMEA subregions to align on media priorities, execution, and best practices. - Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidence.
