We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead marketing, digital communication, promotional activities, and leasing operations across our group’s businesses. The ideal candidate will manage our online presence, create engaging content, plan and execute brand campaigns, oversee mall promotions, generate cinema advertisements, and drive leasing for mall spaces. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Website Management** • Maintain and regularly update company websites for the battery division, cinema, and mall. • Upload new content, offers, listings, events, and brand announcements. • Coordinate with developers for technical improvements and SEO optimisation. 2. **Social Media & Digital Content** • Create and schedule daily/weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, etc. • Design graphics, posters, and creatives for all businesses. • Shoot and edit reels, short videos, and promotional clips. • Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and monitor insights/analytics. 3. **Campaign Planning & Execution** • Plan and run marketing campaigns for: • Battery business (B2B dealers, industrial clients, product launches) • Cinema (movie promotions, events, F&B offers) • Mall (festivals, sales, brand events, footfall campaigns) • Execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms. 4. **Mall Promotional Activities** • Plan seasonal activities, events, exhibitions, and festive décor. • Work with tenants for co-branded promotions. • Set up kiosks, weekend events, and influencer collaborations to increase footfall. 5. **Mall Leasing** • Identify potential brands and negotiate leasing terms. • Maintain leasing database, follow-up pipeline, and handle brand presentations. • Coordinate agreements with legal and operations teams. 6. **Cinema Advertisement Gathering** • Approach local and regional businesses for on-screen advertisements. • Manage pricing, packaging, and renewals of ad slots. • Coordinate creative submissions with advertisers. 7. **Zomato / Online Food Platform Advertisements** • Manage Zomato or Swiggy promotions for the cinema’s F&B. • Monitor ad spend, offer performance, and menu updates. 8. **Reporting & Coordination** • Weekly reporting on marketing performance, lead generation, campaign ROI, leasing status, and social analytics. • Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams. **Required Skills & Qualifications** • Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management. • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. • Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional videos. • Understanding of paid ads (Meta/Google). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (especially for leasing). • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously. **Personality Traits** • Creative mindset with strong visual sense. • Proactive and initiative-driven. • Comfortable with fieldwork when required (leasing, event management). • Organised, dependable, and brand-focused.
