We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (B2B Growth & Brand) | ICCS DigX | Noida This is not a typical marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can: - Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital channels - Build a strong, differentiated brand (not just run campaigns) - Turn complex AI/CX/sales/collections solutions into simple, powerful stories - Help position ICCS as more than a BPO — a next-gen AI-led growth partner What you’ll own: - End-to-end lead generation (Google Ads, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.) - Performance marketing with clear ROI metrics - Brand positioning & storytelling (this is critical) - Content, campaigns, and demand generation Who we’re looking for: - MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2) - 7–12 years in B2B marketing - Strong experience in digital lead generation - Exceptional storytelling ability (non-negotiable) - Someone who wants to build, not just manage Why this role is exciting: - Direct access to leadership - Opportunity to build the marketing engine from scratch - Fast-track path to Head of Marketing - Be part of a high-growth AI transformation journey.
