We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Meta Ads (Beauty & Personal Care Industry) 📍 Noida Sector 16 | In-Office 💰 Budget: Up to ₹10 LPA We are a fast-growing D2C beauty & personal care marketplace redefining how India discovers skincare and beauty through AI, ML, and personalization. If you specialize in Meta Ads and love building high-impact social campaigns, this role is for you. Role Responsibilities: • Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns • Use Meta Business Suite for analytics, insights, and optimization • Build performance-led brand strategy for Meta + other socials • Create and guide ad creatives • Collaborate with designers and content teams • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Requirements: • 3+ years of experience with Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite • Strong understanding of pixels, tracking, and audience building • Proven success with Meta ad campaigns and retargeting • Good communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills • Passion for beauty, personal care, and social media.
