Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager ( Base - Noida, HO ) - Preferred Candidate: Experienced with both BTL & Digital Marketing Work Experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Telecom, or Technology companies. • Proven track record in Retail Marketing, BTL, and Catchment Area Marketing. • Experience working directly with retailers or franchisees to increase footfall and sales. Skills & Attributes • Possesses strong command of English & Hindi language (written and verbal). • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail activation techniques. • Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful campaigns with limited budgets. • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and execution-focused. • Open to frequent travel across North India for on-ground implementation and coordination. • Strong skills in planning, vendor negotiation, and performance analysis. • Collaborative team player with a result-oriented mindset. • Ability to create impactful MIS reports and presentations with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting.
