Project: Kamyaabi Reporting To: Senior Project Coordinator Nature of Engagement: Full-time Duration: 1 Year Organization Overview ETASHA Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to enabling economic and social empowerment of youth and women from marginalized communities through employability, entrepreneurship development, and livelihood support. Through innovative training models and community engagement, ETASHA works to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and promote inclusive growth. Project Overview Project Kamyaabi focuses on empowering women from vulnerable communities in Nuh district by providing entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital literacy training, enabling them to establish and run sustainable micro-enterprises. The project will support 150 women-led businesses while building strong peer-learning networks and market linkages to ensure long-term sustainability and economic independence for women entrepreneurs. Job Summary The Marketing Officer will facilitate market access and business growth opportunities for women-led enterprises supported under Project Kamyaabi. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Linkage Development - Identify viable market opportunities and buyers for women-led products/services in local, block, and nearby district markets. - Facilitate participation in exhibitions, fairs, and community markets. - Train women entrepreneurs on product ideation, customer interaction, digital marketing (where applicable), and sales techniques. - Support business stabilization- monitor sales, revenue generation, reinvestment, and expansion strategies. 2. Business Development Support - Provide guidance on branding, packaging, and pricing strategies. - Support entrepreneurs in marketing their products. - Organize market visits, buyer-seller meets, exhibitions, and community launch events to promote women entrepreneurs. - Facilitate market linkages and bulk marketing through the entrepreneur collective (joint procurement & sales). 3. Buyer and Vendor Engagement - Establish connections with traders, retailers, and wholesalers. - Facilitate supply chain linkages. - Liaise with local traders, SHGs, and government marketing schemes (PMEGP, PMMY, PM SVANidhi, etc.). 4. Market Research - Conduct Rapid market assessments to identify demand and opportunities. - Conduct weekly/monthly market trend analysis and share insights with the team and women entrepreneurs. - Document success stories, photographs, and market performance data for donor reports and communication. Qualifications & Experience - Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in rural sales, marketing, or promoting micro-enterprises/products Key Skills & Competencies - Strong networking and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of local markets. - Communication and relationship-building skills. Working Conditions This field position will include challenging living conditions, limited access to amenities. You must be prepared to live in basic accommodation near the operational areas. We pay between Rs.25,000/- to Rs.30,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. Travel reimbursement as well as PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
