📣 We’re Hiring: Marketing & Operations Associate (Pune) Join our team and help shape the future of a fast-growing food brand! We are looking for a creative, driven, and tech-savvy Marketing & Operations Associate with hands-on experience in brand growth, content creation, and business development. If you have a passion for food branding and love building ideas from concept to execution — we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do - Lead brand expansion initiatives across digital platforms - Create AI-driven content using modern tools and trends - Manage Instagram & YouTube marketing (organic + strategy-based growth) - Design and edit visuals using Adobe Suite & Canva - Support product shoots with strong videography & storytelling skills - Build and maintain websites, digital flyers, banners, posters, packaging designs. - Assist in promotions, ad campaigns, and overall creative direction - Collaborate on operations & business development to support brand growth - Work closely with founders on new ideas, launches, and marketing strategies What We’re Looking For - 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand strategy - Strong skills in AI content tools, Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro) - Experience with short-form video content and YouTube/Instagram algorithms - Creative mindset with a strong eye for design & storytelling - Good understanding of website building tools (WordPress/Wix/Shopify preferred) - Experience in food, F&B, hospitality, or FMCG is a big plus - Excellent communication, multitasking, and idea execution skills - Must be based in Pune only.
