As we gear up for our nationwide launch, we are looking for energetic, self-motivated marketing professionals to help us build our footprint across every state in India. The Role We are looking for Marketing Professionals, Freelancers, and Field Promoters who understand their local markets and are passionate about driving growth for an early-stage startup. You will be the face of StayNGo in your region. Key Responsibilities • User Acquisition: Drive app downloads and onboard new users through field and digital efforts. • Market Strategy: Execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional customer behavior. • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers and hospitality partners. • Brand Advocacy: Represent StayNGo at local events or through social media channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). • Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide feedback on local market trends to the core team. Who You Are • Local Expert: You have a deep understanding of your city/state’s market dynamics. • Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and persuade. • Digital Savvy: Comfortable using social media and mobile apps to drive sales. • Self-Starter: You can work independently and are motivated by hitting targets. • Experience: Prior experience in App Marketing, FMCG, Sales, or Startups is a significant advantage.
