Company Description We are a fast-growing US-based startup looking for a Marketing & Social Media Associate based in India to support and execute our marketing efforts. Our company focuses on helping international nurses build careers in the United States, and we are building a modern, digital-first marketing function powered by AI tools and social media. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work in a startup environment, enjoys creating digital content, and is comfortable using AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and creativity. Location: India (Remote) Engagement: Full-Time Contract Experience: 1–3 years Salary: ₹4–5 Lakh per year Work Hours: Flexible during the week with availability for some overlap with US EST hours What You’ll Do • Support the execution of the company’s marketing strategy for a US-based startup • Plan, create, and manage content across , Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms • Use AI tools to assist with content creation, campaign ideas, research, and marketing workflows • Manage and schedule social media posts, campaigns, and audience engagement • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and lead generation efforts • Track marketing campaign performance and support optimization of marketing activities What We’re Looking For • India-based professional available for full-time contract work • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as , Instagram, and Facebook • Comfortable using AI tools to support marketing work and productivity • Exposure to US-focused marketing or international audiences is a strong advantage • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a startup environment What You’ll Gain • Exposure to marketing for a US-based startup • Hands-on experience using modern AI-driven marketing tools and workflows • Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing international company How to Apply Please send your resume and a short note about your marketing experience or social media work.
