Role Description: We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager – Digital & Social Media with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to own and grow our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who’s already executed social media and digital campaigns and is now ready to take end-to-end ownership — from strategy to execution to performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Ownership • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels. • Translate business goals into clear digital marketing strategies and measurable outcomes. • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics. Social Media Strategy & Management • Build and manage platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Own the social media calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand storytelling. • Create and oversee content ideas that align with design-led thinking, product narratives, and industry trends. • Actively experiment with new formats (Reels, carousels, short videos, thought-leadership posts). Performance, Analytics & Optimization • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. • Analyze reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI. • Share clear insights and actionable recommendations with internal teams and leadership. Collaboration & Leadership • Work closely with designers, product teams, and strategists to align marketing with product and business goals. • Brief designers with clear content and campaign requirements. • If needed, guide junior team members or interns on execution, quality, and best practices. • Act as the point of contact for social and digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. • Proven experience running social media or digital campaigns with measurable results. • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content performance. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms. • Basic understanding of SEO, Meta/Google/paid ads, and content marketing fundamentals. • Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain performance insights and ideas. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
