Position Overview The Marketing Specialist supports IKIO’s retail and national account growth through digital marketing execution, product content management, campaign support, and performance analytics. This role works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure IKIO products are accurately represented and competitively positioned across digital and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and technical content for digital channels and partner marketplaces. • Support new product launches including item setup, SKU optimization, content readiness, and go-live tracking. • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, paid search, promotions, and marketplace advertising. • Maintain and optimize listings on third-party marketplaces and distributor platforms. • Track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance metrics and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to align marketing execution with business priorities. • Ensure catalog accuracy, platform compliance, and timely resolution of content or listing issues. Required Qualifications • 1–4 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or e-commerce roles • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing fundamentals • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads • Experience in lighting, electrical, or industrial products
