Summary of the Role: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving B2B lead generation and building a strong digital brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives and social media management. You will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen the company’s market positioning. Success in this role involves creating targeted outreach strategies, managing marketing funnels, optimizing conversion performance, and continuously improving campaign ROI. Experience: 0+ Years (Freshers and Experienced Candidates Welcome) Responsibilities: B2B Lead Generation: • Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies through LinkedIn, email marketing, outbound campaigns, and other digital channels. • Identify target audiences and build prospect databases. • Generate qualified leads aligned with company service offerings. Campaign Management: • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI using data-driven insights. • Run paid campaigns where required (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Social Media Management: • Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. • Create engaging and value-driven content including posts, carousels, case studies, and thought leadership content. • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules. Content Creation & Branding: • Assist in creating blogs, website content, email sequences, brochures, and promotional materials. • Support brand positioning initiatives to build authority in the B2B space. Lead Nurturing & CRM Management: • Track and manage leads through CRM systems. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. • Assist in building email nurturing workflows. Analytics & Reporting: • Track KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign performance. • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports. • Recommend improvements based on analytics insights. Market Research: • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities. • Stay updated with the latest B2B marketing trends and tools. Collaboration: • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets. • Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding revenue beyond freelance platforms. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Skills: • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and email outreach tools • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising • Content writing and copywriting skills • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail How This Role Fits into the Organization: This role is critical in building a sustainable inbound and outbound lead engine for the company.
