The role involves conducting market research to identify customer needs, creating and executing marketing strategies, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities may include supporting sales initiatives, organizing promotional events, and participating in efforts to increase brand awareness. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members • Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and develop campaigns • Proven ability in Sales and Marketing to execute plans and achieve business goals • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Proficiency in using digital tools and software to support marketing efforts • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
