Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Staff member at Smart Hearing and Speech Clinic, located in Siliguri. The Marketing Staff member will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, interacting with clients, managing sales efforts, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include supporting the clinic's outreach efforts, creating marketing materials, and identifying opportunities to grow the clinic's presence in the local community. Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data • Skills in marketing strategy development and implementation • Proven ability to support sales efforts and meet objectives • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of healthcare-related marketing is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
