Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist to design and execute data-led marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all digital channels including social media, e-mail, whatsapp, SMS, Telegram, Influencer, Notification, cross marketing, RCS, etc. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation. • Analyze campaign performance (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversions) and advice improvements. • Drive brand positioning, viral content strategy, and storytelling initiatives. • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution and reporting. • Identify new growth opportunities (partnerships, influencer marketing, new channels). • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing with business goals. • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization. • Develop and execute PR strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, media presence, and overall brand positioning. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in fintech/startup ecosystem. • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing). • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools. • Proven track record of driving growth, lead generation, and campaign ROI. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. • Experience in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and growth strategies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
