The person will be responsible for end-to-end marketing ownership for Live in Designs. This role focuses on strengthening the company’s digital presence, brand visibility, and market outreach, while supporting business growth in the construction and real estate domains. The role requires a hands-on marketing professional who can plan strategies, execute campaigns, and manage a small in-house team, while closely working with management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all marketing activities across digital and online platforms. - Handle social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and generate enquiries. - Brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies aligned with construction and real estate markets. - Manage and guide a team of 2–3 marketing executives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for better reach and engagement. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies when required. - Ensure consistent brand communication and positioning across all marketing channels.
