Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Trainee to support our ongoing initiatives across content, campaigns, and brand marketing. The role offers hands-on exposure to strategy, creative content development, and digital marketing execution. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to conceptualize and execute campaigns that build awareness and engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and digital). • Create and curate content for blogs, posts, newsletters, and marketing materials. • Assist in marketing automation and analytics tracking. • Coordinate with Traineeal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. • Research trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support campaign strategy. Desired Skills & Qualifications: • MBA student (final semester) or recent graduate specializing in Marketing / Communications / Business Management. • Strong interest in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Exposure to tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms will be an advantage. • Prior Traineeships or self-initiated projects in marketing/entrepreneurship are preferred.
