Budgeting & Financial Acumen • Experience in marketing budget allocation and optimization. • Understanding of cost-per-acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and profitability metrics. 8. Change Management & Adaptability • Ability to drive marketing transformation initiatives. • Experience in change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to pivot strategies based on market feedback and business priorities.
