Marketing Web Developer We're seeking a skilled Marketing Web Developer to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to develop engaging web pages and landing page concepts. Develop web pages and landing page concepts in collaboration with the marketing team and in-house designers. Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and measure key metrics such as conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and more. Provide directional suggestions to the team based on data insights. Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional web experiences. Research the latest trends and innovations in the space to stay ahead of the curve. Required skills and qualifications include: 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites. Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. Experience with design tools such as Figma. Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ongoing upkeep. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking. Custom code expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations. Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines. An excellent portfolio showcasing successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
