Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketplace Growth Lead – Commerce India to spearhead brand and seller growth across major third-party marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa and more. This role is responsible for driving adoption and performance on Fynd Konnect and Fynd Commerce, scaling sellers across marketplace channels, and unlocking incremental revenue through effective up-selling and cross-selling of Fynd’s wider product suite. You will lead a team focused on marketplace operations, seller success, and performance management to accelerate GMV, profitability, and ecosystem expansion. What will you do at Fynd? Marketplace Strategy & Ecosystem Growth • Build and execute the growth strategy for marketplace success in the Commerce India region. • Expand the network of brands and sellers leveraging Fynd Konnect and Fynd Commerce. • Identify high-potential categories, marketplace opportunities, and growth levers. Seller Performance & Account Leadership • Own GMV, margin, returns, availability, and visibility metrics for marketplace sellers. • Drive activation, performance optimization, catalog quality, promotions, and marketplace compliance. • Implement data-backed mechanisms to improve conversion, inventory planning, and brand visibility. Up-Sell & Cross-Sell Fynd Solutions • Identify and convert opportunities to introduce sellers to Fynd’s broader solutions: • Omnichannel platforms • Brand.com/storefront products • Marketing & performance tools • AI/ML-powered imaging and content solutions • Logistics, fulfillment, and operational services • Build structured sales motions and playbooks to increase solution adoption and NRR. Operational Excellence • Ensure seamless onboarding, catalog flow, order lifecycle, returns management, and inventory sync. • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to improve speed, SLA adherence, and seller experience. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers, ecosystem partners, and internal teams. • Collaborate with product & engineering to enhance marketplace and seller-facing capabilities. Team Leadership • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across account management, operations, and analytics. • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, ownership, and continuous improvement. Some Specific Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in marketplace growth, category management, e-commerce, or retail strategy. • Strong expertise in Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa or similar marketplace ecosystems. • Proven track record of driving GMV, P&L ownership, and seller performance improvements. • Experience with SaaS or solution selling (upsell/cross-sell) is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. • Ability to collaborate across product, operations, and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
