What will you do at Fynd? • Build and execute the growth strategy for marketplace success in the Commerce India region. • Own GMV, margin, returns, availability, and visibility metrics for marketplace sellers. • Drive activation, performance optimization, catalog quality, promotions, and marketplace compliance. Some Specific Requirements: • Strong expertise in Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa or similar marketplace ecosystems. • Proven track record of driving GMV, P&L ownership, and seller performance improvements.
