About us Neha Sharma Label is a premium fashion brand with a strong offline presence and rapidly growing online sales. We are hiring a hands-on marketplace growth leader to own revenue, visibility, and SKU-level performance across marketplaces and D2C. This is not an operations coordinator role. This is a growth-owner role: you will work inside marketplace dashboards daily, run tests, own campaign participation, and be accountable for measurable GMV and conversion improvements. You will own (end-to-end) • Marketplace growth on Myntra, Nykaa and expansion platforms. • SKU portfolio strategy: identify winners and scale visibility + inventory. • Pricing, discount mechanics and campaign participation to maximize GMV and margin. • Catalog conversion (titles, attributes, images, and A/B tests) to improve CVR. • Return & cancellation reduction strategies and dispute management. • Inventory sync & SKU-level stock controls to prevent oversells/stock-outs. • Weekly performance reporting (revenue, sell-through, conversion, returns, operational gaps) with a clear action register. • Direct ownership of escalations with marketplace account managers. Must-have (non-negotiable) • 5+ years hands-on ecommerce / marketplace experience — fashion / apparel experience required. • Has personally managed seller accounts on Myntra and/or Nykaa — not just coordinated or worked in an agency. • Proven outcomes: be ready to provide one before→after metric you personally delivered (e.g., GMV ↑ by X%, sell-through ↑ by Y pts, returns ↓ by Z%). • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH, basic macros). • Comfortable making decisions, owning failure, and escalating assertively. Nice-to-have • Shopify (Shopify Plus) admin experience. • Experience with marketplace ad products (Myntra Ads / Nykaa Ads / Amazon Ads). • Experience managing 500+ SKUs across multiple channels. How we’ll measure growth (6 months): Replace X/Y/Z with your baselines after hire You must own these metrics and show measurable movement. • GMV / Revenue: Increase marketplace GMV by X% vs baseline. • Sell-through: Improve sell-through by Y percentage points. • Conversion (CVR): Improve listing-level CVR by A% (example target). • Returns/cancellations: Reduce return rate and cancellation-driven losses by Z%. • SKU mismatch: Maintain < 2% SKU mismatch across platforms monthly. • Campaign ROI: Meet agreed ROI targets on marketplace campaigns (platform-specific).
