As a Markets Finance & Reporting Lead at EY, you will play a crucial role in acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Global Ecosystem Enablement Team. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting and reporting to the Global Ecosystem Relationships Finance Leader. You will coordinate activities across the Ecosystem finance operating model, overseeing people processes and technology. Your role will focus on driving transformation and continuous improvement by collaborating across functions, people management, planning, and project management/execution. • **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop deep understanding of Business cycles, KPIs, and revenue generation - Act as a trusted business advisor on all strategic initiatives and reporting operations - Enhance domain knowledge and partner with stakeholders including client practitioners, Finance, and Industry leaders - Own and be accountable for business relationships and performance • **Qualification Required:** - Postgraduate preferably MBA (Business Finance) - 14 years of experience with a combination of financial reporting, technology development, and stakeholder management As the Markets Finance & Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for deep diving into all Ecosystem Relationship reporting processes, conducting periodic reviews of ad hoc reporting requirements, and working closely with leadership to monitor progress on key strategic projects. Your role will also involve maintaining the Finance Reporting Service Catalogue, ensuring efficient staff deployment, and resolving reporting-related issues to drive operational efficiency. Moreover, you will serve as a liaison between the RA teams and the rest of the ER enablement team, facilitate effective communication and collaboration, and lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by Ecosystem Enablement leadership. Your role will require exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage a broad range of responsibilities effectively.
