Master Data Management Analyst

Summary of Function: This role will be responsible for driving the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across financial systems and processes, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP. This role will also contribute to Oracle projects and system enhancements, ensuring master data processes are aligned with project deliverables and business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration and expertise in financial data management, performing data quality checks, and to maintain a single source of truth for critical business data, enabling effective decision making and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: • Create, update, and manage master data records (customers, vendors, materials, finance etc.) in Oracle ERP and related financial systems. • Ensure accurate processing of data requests from business units per agreed SLA. • Maintain and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures. • Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align data standards. • Identify gaps in data processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance. • Support and drive automation initiatives to streamline master data management processes. • Support Oracle projects by participating in system upgrades, migrations and new module implementations.
