Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Baner, Pune (Work From Office – 5 Days a Week) CTC Range: ₹7.5 LPA – ₹12.5 LPA Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Reporting To: Tech Lead, working closely with the CTO and co-founder! Role Overview We are looking for a MEAN Stack Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full stack, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack • Build responsive and high-performance UI components using Angular • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js • Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance optimization • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning • Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with standards • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and architecture Required Skills & Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of experience in MEAN Stack development • Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions preferred) • Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js • Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing) • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Good problem-solving and debugging skills Good to Have • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Docker or containerization • Experience working in a startup or product-based environment Why Join Yagy Tech? • Work with a well-funded, fast-growing startup backed by global investors • Opportunity to build scalable products with real-world impact • Collaborative engineering culture with strong technical leadership • Clear growth path and exposure to modern tech stacks • Work from a vibrant office location in Baner, Pune
