Thawing, Butchering, and Preparation 2. Cleaning and Maintenance 3. Inventory Management The Meat Production Manager will oversee the entire meat production process, from thawing and butchering to preparation and packaging. They will ensure that all products meet quality standards and are presented in a visually appealing manner. Key Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field 2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Butcher or similar role 3. Strong leadership and communication skills 4. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards.
