• Opportunity to work with Global tier 1 FMCG • Opportunity to work with a Dynamic team About Our Client Global Tier 1 FMCG Job Description • Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment • - Define the continuing training plan • - Design and validate training tools and content • - Organize, manage, and drive training sessions. This includes selecting appropriate teachers/coaches and external training companies. • Monitor and verify the effective delivery of the training plan. • Define team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management • - Assess team training needs • - Establish clear educational objectives that are directly aligned with the brand and Divisional strategies. • - Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training. • Ensure that all training content and delivery adhere strictly to internal and external decisions regarding relationships with healthcare professionals. • Carry out monitoring • - Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods • - Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets • Minimum 6-7 days of on-the-job training to MRs in the field, providing critical coaching and practical guidance on the application of SIMAC model The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's degree, B. Pharma/Life sciences. An MBA will be desirable.
