About the job
• Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment. • Define the continuing training plan • Design and validate training tools and content • Organize, manage, and drive training sessions. This includes selecting appropriate teachers/coaches and external training companies. • Monitor and verify the effective delivery of the training plan. • Define team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management. • Assess team training needs. • Establish clear educational objectives aligned with the brand and Divisional strategies. • Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training. • Ensure that all training content and delivery adhere strictly to internal and external ethical standards. • Carry out monitoring • Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods. • Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets. • Minimum 6-7 days of on-the-job training to MRs in the field.
