About the role: You are a "Smart Talker" and a "Relationship Architect." You have 3–4 years of experience and possess the natural ability to command a room, articulate complex value propositions, and close high-ticket deals with elegance. • The Charismatic Closer: You don't just read scripts; you conduct consultative sales conversations that align with a prospect's deepest aspirations. • The Networker: You thrive in social settings, turning casual introductions at events into long-term, high-value business relationships. • The Professional: Your grooming, presentation, and communication skills are impeccable, allowing you to confidently handle high-profile clientele. Key Responsibilities 1. High-Value Client Acquisition (The Hunt) • Drive Revenue: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly membership sales goals by pitching to the elite. • Consultative Selling: Engage prospective members through personalized consultations, selling them not just a membership, but a lifestyle solution. • Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify prospective members through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. 2. Strategic Engagement & Networking (The Hook) • Event Sales: Lead the charge on exclusive offline activations—private showcases, luxury brand events, and curated dinners—designed specifically to attract and convert prospects. • Retention: Maintain strong renewal rates by ensuring high-value members feel constantly engaged and valued. 3. Alliance Building (The Value Add) • Partnerships: Negotiate and onboard luxury partners (airlines, fine dining, premium retail) to create tangible privileges that make the membership an "easy sell". Must-have Requirements: • Experience: 3–5 years in luxury sales, membership sales, or high-end client relationship management. • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be able to articulate luxury value propositions fluently. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (ZOHO) to manage your pipeline. • Personality: Dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. • A genuine love for luxury travel, lifestyle experiences, and creating memorable member journeys.
