Job Title : - Merchandiser - Global Brand Sales Work Place : - On-Site Job Location : - Delhi Job type : - Full Time Job Description : - This role will be responsible for assisting our General Manager - Global Sales. Department : Global Brand Sales Location : Maspar house-HO (Mohan Cooperative Estate, Delhi) Reports To : GM-Global Brand Sales Salary Package : 8 Lakhs per annum (Compensation can vary according to the skill set of the candidate) Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Sales Back-End to support our global brand sales operations. This role focuses on sales coordination, documentation, logistics support, and after-sales service to ensure seamless business transactions with international clients & Team. Functions : • Servicing our international sales reps / customers. • Coordinate with the factory & retail merchandising team. • Review L / C’s, documentation generated by shipping department & ensure timely shipments. • Generate new sales leads / prospects and after-sales processes. • Track and update shipment status and communicate proactively with clients regarding delivery schedules. • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. • Assist in order processing, from quotation to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations. • Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-up, invoice reconciliation, and LC compliance. • Support the sales team with product catalogs, presentations, and samples as needed. Key Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in international sales support, or backend operations. • Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping practices, and export regulations. • Proficiency in MS Office, proficiency in Excel, and CRM tools, Should have experience of working in ERP Software's. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages French / Spanish are a plus). • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field.
