MERN Full Stack Developer

As a MERN Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience, your role will involve developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces. Additionally, you will build and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end ... systems. Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability will be a key responsibility. You will also be tasked with debugging and resolving technical issues across the stack, writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. Working in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and code reviews, as well as ensuring code quality through unit testing and integration testing are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development using the MERN stack. - Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, or similar state management libraries for front-end development. - Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs for back-end development (Mandatory). - Proficiency in MongoDB, including designing schemas and optimizing queries for database management (Mandatory). - Familiarity with version control tools like Git. - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth. - Hands-on experience with deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or similar. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
