1. MERN Stack Developer (Full Stack) Experience: 5 to 7 Years Location: Noida Role Summary & Key Objectives We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with 5–7 years of experience in building scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on skills in React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB and exposure to cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role involves end-to-end development, from UI to backend services, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Core Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React + Node.js + MongoDB/SQL. Build and integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL services with front-end applications. Implement responsive UIs with reusable components. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability on cloud platforms. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams for feature delivery. Conduct unit/integration testing and participate in peer code reviews. Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance issues. Must-Have Skills Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB/MySQL/Postgres. Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL. Cloud deployment exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) – EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc. Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with microservices architecture. Hands-on with serverless frameworks. Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes). Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). KPIs / Success Metrics Timely delivery of features/modules with minimal defects. Code quality, reusability, and maintainability. Cloud deployment efficiency and uptime. API performance (latency, scalability). Defect density and resolution turnaround.
