Job Title : MERN Stack Engineer Type : Remote | Full-Time Experience : 4+ years Location : Any Job Description : We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team and work with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Next.js, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js with a strong background in building scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack. • Build and maintain APIs with Express.js and Node.js. • Develop responsive, high-performance UIs with React.js and Next.js. • Collaborate with global teams on architecture, features, and delivery. • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability. Required Expertise • Frontend (React.js / Next.js) : Hooks, context, state management, SSR / SSG, routing, performance optimization, responsive design. • Backend (Node.js / Express.js) : REST API & microservices, middleware, authentication (JWT / OAuth), real-time communication (WebSockets / Socket.IO), performance tuning. • Database : MongoDB expertise (schemas, indexing, aggregation); familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL). • DevOps & Tools : Git / GitHub, CI / CD pipelines, Docker (Kubernetes a plus), cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). • Other Skills : Debugging & problem-solving, GraphQL knowledge, Agile practices, excellent communication for US client collaboration.
